BB Asia 3-in-1 International Conference Celebrates Milestones and Collaboration
The recent BB Asia 3-in-1 International Conference, held on December 1st, brought together representatives from 11 Boys’ Brigade (BB) countries for a momentous gathering. With over 45 participants from nations including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan, the event marked a significant platform for fostering international cooperation and camaraderie within the BB community. From insightful discussions to cultural exchanges, the conference served as a testament to the shared values and vision that unite BB organizations across Asia.



20th Anniversary Dinner: A Night of Celebration and Philanthropy
Accompanying the conference was the grand 20th Anniversary Dinner, where approximately 120 Officers, alumni, and esteemed guests gathered in celebration. The evening was not only a commemoration of two decades of BB Asia’s impactful journey but also a demonstration of generosity and support. An auction featuring BB antiquities saw enthusiastic bidding, raising over $2,600 to further the mission of BB Asia. The event was further enriched by the stellar performance of the 8th Petaling Jaya band, adding a musical touch to the festivities.



GCM & KL City Tour: Empowering Leadership and Exploring Culture
The following day commenced with the General Council Meeting (GCM), highlighted by a symbolic Guard of Honor presentation by the 12th Kuala Lumpur contingent to BB Asia delegates. The presence of BB leaders from various countries underscored the importance of collaborative decision-making and strategic planning in advancing the BB movement. Electing a new Executive Committee marked a pivotal moment in shaping the future of BB Asia. In the afternoon, delegates embarked on a captivating Kuala Lumpur City Tour led by Mr. Andy Tan and Mr. Nicholas Yeap, immersing themselves in the rich heritage and vibrant culture of the Malaysian capital.




Strengthening Faith and Fellowship
December 3rd saw the continuation of the BB Asia 3-in-1 event with a morning church service at DUMC, followed by a fellowship session led by Mr. Andy Tan in the afternoon. These sessions fostered spiritual growth and strengthened bonds between Boys’ Brigade Hong Kong (BBHK) and Boys’ Brigade Malaysia (BBM), emphasizing the importance of faith and camaraderie within the BB community.
