Those companies/countries who requested for Extension Stay, Extra Meals and/or Airport Transfers, please click on the respective links below to verify the list to ensure that your request is correct. Arrangements will only be made based on the list and payment must be settled.

Arrival

If you plan to arrive earlier ie. BEFORE June 11, 2010, please make sure you have filled up the necessary form and make payment accordingly for extra stay and meals. Please make sure you have informed the organizers about airport transfer if needed.

Departure

If you plan to stay back AFTER 12 noon of June 15, 2010. Please make sure you have filled up the necessary form and make payment accordingly for extra stay and meals. Please make sure you have informed the organizers about airport transfer if needed.
