National Competitions

Dancing – This will be the first time such a competition is held in Pesta. It's not line dance, lion dance nor folk dance but it is the energetic 'street dance'.
Drill – For the very first time, only top teams from each state will be competing. It'll be the best of each state.
Singing – This time only the top 10 teams in the country will come qualify for finals at Pesta. Preliminary rounds will be done via recording.
Band – Come and see BB Bands in action. The last Band Competition was 4 years ago in Kuala Lunpur.

Pesta Competition Registration & Submission

The following teams have submitted their video (dancing) and audio (singing) before or on the closing date for submission. However, this does not mean that they qualify automatically. Only 10 teams from singing and 10 teams from dancing will qualify. Results of the singing and dancing qualification will be announced by May 10, 2010.
As for band, all 5 teams qualify automatically.

Drill Competition Latest Updates (as at Apr 15, 2010) Each Team is given a maximum of 8 minutes to complete all drill movements. Points will be deducted should teams exceed 8 minutes. IMPORTANT: Please refer to following minor amendment on the Command List. a) Command No.2 "Dari kanan, tukar haluan kanan, ke kanan-Belok" should be " Dari Kanan, tukar haluan ke kanan, ke kenan - Belok". b) Command No.18 "Maju Ke hadapan -MAJU, Dari Kiri" add on "Dari Kiri" at the end of this command.
