Drill Rehearsal/Practice
Drill rehearsal/practice time will be from 2.00 to 6.30pm on 10 June 2010. Each team will only be given 10 minutes to practice on the drill ground. There will be no other time to practice.

Judges
The judges for National Drill Competition are the army officers from Rejimen 509 Askar Wataniah, Kem Lebuhraya Peel, George Town, Pulau Pinang. NO company should engage the service of these judges from now until the end of the competition. Competing teams need to inform the organizers should any of the judges have vested interest in any of the participating teams.

1. Each Team is given maximum of 8 minutes to complete all drill movements. Points will be deducted should teams exceed 8 minutes.
2. IMPORTANT: Please refer to following minor amendment on the Command List.
a) Command No.2 "Dari kanan, tukar haluan kanan, ke kanan-Belok" should be "
Dari Kanan, tukar haluan ke kanan, ke kenan - Belok".
b) Command No.18 "Maju Ke hadapan -MAJU, Dari Kiri" add on "Dari Kiri" at the end of this command.
Points will only be given after “reporting” is completed. As such, commands 1 to 4 will have no impact to the team’s points.
3. For uniform checking, Only 1 officer from each team is allowed to observe during the inspection of uniforms. The organizing committee will not entertain questions / objections.
How teams are chosen for the finals
This year's Drill Competition format is slight different in terms of who qualifies to take part. In previous years, any company participating in Pesta can take part in this competition. For this year, the number of teams from each state very much depends on the number of active companies for that state. (see Table 1 then Table 2).
Hence each state will choose the teams based on the criteria. The state will usually hold a competition at state level to determine who goes to the finals.
