1. This competition is only for current members of BBM and only open to Companies that have paid national dues, submitted R.O.S. returns, and also Company statistics.

2. Current members of BBM include Pre-Juniors, Juniors, Seniors, Primers, Staff-Sergeants, Warrant Officers and all Officers (Lieutenants, Captains, Honorary Captains and Chaplains).

3. All physical (hardcopy) submissions must reach BBM HQ by 24th September 2010. Late submissions by fault of the courier or otherwise, will be rejected. There is no limit on the size of paper for this. A photograph of the submission will not be accepted.

4. All electronic (softcopy) submissions must be sent to brigade.competitions@bbmalaysia.org by 24th September 2010, 12:00p.m. If you wish to submit the softcopy in the form of a CD, then only the due date applies as above. A photograph of the submission will not be accepted.

5. There is no limit for submissions from each member or Company. Each submission must include:
a) full name as in I.C. (no Christian names or aliases)
b) I.C. number
c) B.B. Company
d) B.B. rank
e) name of school, college or university (for students)
f) active email adress
g) mobile contact number (most preferred), house or office contact number

6. The logo must include the following:
a) the BBM logo
b) the numbers "65"
c) the years "1946 to 2011"
d) the words "The Boys' Brigade in Malaysia"
e) a slogan not more than seven (7) English words

8. All submissions' designs must be original and not plagiarised or merely slight alterations from existing logos.

9. Each participant, regardless of the number of submissions, will be given a certification of participation.

10. Only ten (10) submissions will be selected for popular voting in BBM's official Facebook page. The judges' decision is final. No objections or complaints will be entertained.

11. Only the selected submission (out of the ten) with the highest vote count will be the winner. Winner's prize will soon be announced.

12. BBM reserves all rights to alter the rules and prize mentioned if necessary. If so, the changes will be announced immediately.

13. BBM shall reserve all rights and ownership to the winner's submission and to use it any way it deems necessary without having to pay any compensation to the designer.
