How to apply for a Brigade Award
Applicant / Company Level
  1. Applicant must make sure he/she qualifies before deciding to apply (refer to Qualification Guide )
  2. Company must make sure that it meets with the various requirements of the state and national level ( refer to National Requirement for Company Guide )
  3. Company request for Assignment/Test from BBMHQ (only for Gold & Founder's Award) (only an officer can request for the Assignment or Test) (to contact BBMHQ, tel 03 77844262 or anchor@streamyx.com)
  4. Applicant to complete assignment/test at the time given
  5. Company fills in application form ( download application form )
  6. Company sends application form and assignment/test to State Commissioner (must reach State Commissioner at least 6 weeks before the EXCO meeting) ( refer to State Commissioner Listing )
