| Principles & Guidelines Governing the Formation of
Girls' Section in a BB Company |

All programs and activities for the Girls' Section shall be determined and under the supervision of the Girls' Section Chairman (subject to the approval from Brigade Council). |

A Company shall first obtain an approval from the sponsoring authority prior to the formation of a Girls' Section' |

A Company shall complete an "Application Form" for the purpose of forming a Girls' Section. The form shall be submitted to the Brigade HQ. |

The Girls' Section in a Company shall be led by a Lady Officer who holds a minimum rank of Lieutenant. All problems and queries pertaining to Girls' issues must be handled by Lady Officers. Counselling among Girls must be strictly handled by Lady Officers. |

In the event when there is no lady officer, the sponsoring authority would appoint a temporary adult lady as instructor or helper to over see the girls needs and activities which requires the present of an adult lady'. |
