| 1.1 Terminology a) The annual tabulation of members in The Boys' Brigade in Malaysia is known as "Annual Company Statistics 20 .." 1.2 Method of Declaration 1.3 Chronological of Declaration 1.4 Officers Particulars
c) Current Company Officers Particulars is to be amended when :
d) Officer Particulars Form and Current Company Officers Particulars shall be submitted together with the "Annual Company Statistics 20 " by 31st August annually.

Company Dues |
| 2.1 Tabulation of Company Dues a) The tabulation of Company Dues is determined by the submitted "Annual Company Statistics 20 " form to the BB HQ. b) The Company Dues is tabulated based on the previous year submitted "Annual Company Statistics 20 ". e.g. Annual Company Statistics 2001 submitted to the HQ shall be tabulated as Company 2002 Brigade Dues. 2.2 Tabulation Method Per annum

Principle of Declaration |
a) Any amendment on the Company Annual Statistics and Company
Dues after submission to the HQ must be based on the following procedures
:
b) The principle shall be : "any form of official declaration, submission and presentation of
the Company Statistics and Company Dues to the Brigade Exco and tabled
up to the Brigade Council Meeting for adoption and approval and subsequently
approved by the Brigade Council is irrevocable". |

Application for Reduction, Waiver or Postponement of Company Dues Payment |
a) In the event that a Company cannot meet the payment deadline,
a Company can take the following steps :
b) Any application by Company for reduction or waiver of Company Dues must be done in writing to the Brigade Finance Chairman addressed to the BB HQ accompanied by a Statement Income & Expenditure Accounts and Balance Sheet duly signed by the Captain, the Company Treasurer and the Auditor as supporting document. Submission of the above documents only applicable to application for reduction and waiver only. c) The application shall be tabled up at the Finance Committee Meeting for verification and subsequently presented to the Brigade Exco meeting for approval. d) An official letter from the Brigade Secretary will be sent to the
Company informing on the decision. |

Penalty/Deprivation |
| a) Failure to pay the Company Dues will deprive the Company
from participation in Brigade Competition, Events, voting and special discounts
entitled on any offer at the Brigade level such as Brigade Council Meeting
registration fee, BB Shop purchase, etc.
b) Participation on the above events shall be granted only after the Company has submitted application for reduction or waiver and subsequently approved by the Finance Committee. However, the Company is still not eligible for any discounts from BB Shop purchases. |
