Rights & Ethics |
| a) The Brigade reserves the right to publish correspondence
addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses (contacts)
of Brigade Exco members, Company Captains and Company Chaplains for circulation
among the members of the Brigade in Malaysia.
b) Correspondence addresses of the Brigade Exco members, Company Captains and Company Chaplains will be made available at the BB Malaysia official website. c) The Brigade Secretary, with discretion, can release contacts of Brigade
Exco members, Company Captains and Company Chaplains to non BB people
for the following purposes :
d) The Brigade Secretary will not release any contacts of Brigade Exco members, Company Captains and Company Chaplains to non BB people for commercial advertising purposes. e) Commercial advertising can be conducted only between Brigade HQ and Companies after approval from the Brigade President. f) The BB Shop reserves the right to conduct commercial advertising of BB products with the members of the Brigade via e-mail or postal mailing. g) All members of the Brigade shall not circulate any chain letter or
poison-pen letter. Any existence of such letters shall be directed to
the Brigade HQ or the Brigade President for immediate action. |

Errata |
| Company Captains shall be responsible to inform Brigade HQ as soon as possible of any errors in the information of their company printed in the Company Directory. | |

|
Mailing - From Brigade HQ to Company |
| a) To reduce cost, most correspondence from Brigade
HQ to individual companies will be conducted via e-mail.
b) Brigade HQ shall continue to correspond by postal mail with companies which do not have e-mail. These companies are encouraged to open an e-mail account to help Brigade HQ reduce the cost of postage. c) Official correspondence which requires authorised signature will be

Mailing - From Company to Brigade HQ |
| a) Companies are encouraged to correspond with Brigade HQ
via e-mail.
b) Postal mailing - Companies are to check with Brigade HQ by e-mail/fax/telephone after seven (7) working days to confirm that their mail has been received by the Brigade HQ. c) Fax - Companies are to check with Brigade HQ by telephone immediately after faxes has been sent to the Brigade HQ. |

Appeal, Request, Application & Complaints |
| a) All official letters of appeal, requests, applications
or complaints from the Company must be directed to the person in-charge
(refer to Management Board Structure). A carbon copy (cc) must be sent to
the Brigade HQ for the purpose of recording and follow-up. Cases that do
not fall under any particular person in-charge shall be directed to the
Brigade Secretary or the Brigade President.
b) The Brigade HQ and Brigade Exco will not entertain any unsigned letters or letters without the writer's identity. c) All official matters pertaining to Brigade issues raised by Company
officially must be channeled to the State Commissioner first. The State
Commissioner would then bring it up to the Brigade Exco if the issue could
not be resolved within the existing policy. |
