**Note
1. Failure to submit your Company R.O.S. Annual Returns will result
in de-registraion by the R.O.S.
2. De-registration means your Company is considered a non legal entity
and therefore any assembly will be considered illegal.
3. Your Company will risk not being legally recognised when dealing
with other legal entity such as schools, corporate organisation, insurance
company (for the purpose of insurance claims and coverage), organisation
that the Brigade (National) affiliated with and other interest groups.
3. The Brigade (National) will not be able to process any insurance
claim of a member where the Company has been de-registered.
4. In the event when your Company has been de-registered or being
served with de-registration notice by the R.O.S., please contact BB
HQ immediately for advice and action. |
