The 2004 Brigade -Company Administration Returns is to serve the following purposes :

Company
• By providing a systematic checklist for Company Captain/Secretary’s administrative obligation towards the National HQ.
• To provide a more systematic and predictable administrative system between the Brigade and Company level.
• To improve and eventually to attain 100% rate of respond from Companies towards the National HQ.

National
• To streamline administrative routine and processes between the Brigade and Company level with the aim of achieving the following :
a) To optimize the usage of manpower at the HQ.
b) To channel HQ manpower to non routine duties which require more attention and time.
c) To reduce administrative cost which will result in savings and channeling savings to core ministry work.
• Improvement and eventually attaining 100% rate of respond from Companies on the “Administrative Returns” will increase greater accuracy of decision making and policy formulation at the top decision making level which is crucial for the Organisation Strategic Planning.

It is therefore with much hope and prayer that both levels namely, the Company and the Brigade will play a complementary role with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the ministry.
